A. To place your order you can use our Secure Order Form or Phone, Fax, or E-mail us with your order. You may pay with your Visa or MasterCard or mail in a check or money order. You can pay a 1/3 deposit at time of order and the balance when your items are ready to ship. Or visit our Sausalito location with Abundant Free Parking.

Q. What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled within 5 business days of order date are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Orders cancelled after five days of the order date are subject to a 13% fee.
Q. How do you ship? A. Many items are available at our store in Sausalito. If you have an order sent, freight charges are additional, and based on weight and destination. Small items go via UPS world wide. For large items we ship via lift gate truck with an insured freight Co. Delivery is curb side, or where the pallet jack can roll to. Our buying group allows us great freight rates and we happily pass along the volume discount to you. We alert you before your items ship; the freight company gets instructions to call before delivery.
Q. What are your Terms and Conditions of Sale? A. All claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods, and must be accompanied by invoice for shortage, damaged or mis shipped goods. A minimum of fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise authorized for return. Title of all merchandise listed on invoice shall remain property of Dvorson's Inc. until full purchase price is paid.
Q. Can I receive a catalog in the mail? A. We no longer have a printed catalog. Our Web sites are continuously growing, and we're leaving
the trees standing.
